The year 2018 opened for Sta. Lucia Marketing full of bountiful opportunities for all sales partners worldwide. Seven years ago, only one person started it all in the person of our CEO & Executive Vice President, Ms. Liezel T. Magpoc, who opened the real estate doors of investment to the international market, who carried out a difficult task of enjoining each and every city around the world to carry one umbrella of Sta. Lucia Marketing that has proved that we are ready to face every single challenge ahead. Initial inventories of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. in Cavite and Pampanga paved the way for local upline sales partners to move forward to an unseen future yet. Then came Rizal, Davao and Iloilo projects, Cebu turned up next, followed by Marikina, Quezon City, Palawan, and Baguio — all these happened in just six (6) years.
Sta. Lucia Marketing started growing little by little and continues to grow and expand all over the world because we firmly believe that as long as there is a Sta. Lucia project, Sta. Lucia Marketing will become known. We are also reminded day by day to add the most formidable ingredient to a successful organization — relationship with people. Our sales partners are our primary customers who tirelessly spend and devote their time in contributing to the growth of the company; continuous building of relationship with them is of paramount importance. Sales are the life of every company and sales partners bring-in sales. This simple logic should create more passion and inspiration among every company’s customer support staff to sustain the sales partners’ enthusiasm, dedication and loyalty with the company. With the constant productivity of sales partners, our mother company, Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. with its President, Mr. Exequiel D. Robles’ generous support, new projects keep pouring in where fresh sources of income could be generated.
The successes of the projects can be regarded with Sta. Lucia Marketing’s self-motivated sales partners that puts their family first in every selling action that they do. A very remarkable feat is the activation of a residential property that has slept for several years that comprised the biggest inventory available for sale — Beverly Place Pampanga. This project progressed having the sales partners saw the value of the inventory, more so, the worth of commissions to take home.
Looking back from where we started to the celebration of our 7th year anniversary in July 2018, Sta. Lucia Marketing has expanded quickly with 31 ongoing projects and another 18 upcoming on its roster. This indeed has proven us that there are no limits with what everyone in the organization can achieve.
